Over 100 years of impact at UNH and across the world.

Our History

The beginning

Founded in 1914 as the Delta Kappa chapter of the National Federation of Commons Clubs, Delta Kappa members along with members of the Commons Clubs from the University of Connecticut and Vermont, would help lead the charge in forming the Phi Mu Delta National Fraternity and becoming Nu Beta in the spring of 1918.
For over 100 years, our brothers have been a cornerstone of the University of New Hampshire community helping enrich the UNH experience for fellow students and shaping the campus we know today. Our alumni have gone on to live a life of purpose, selflessly serving the communities they call home in elected office, philanthropically, and our nation in the armed forces.
